What To Expect

I offer virtual sessions via Zoom, from anywhere around the globe. I am in the US/Eastern Time Zone (EST).

No two sessions are exactly alike, since no two people are exactly alike! My goal is to help you discover your most authentic self and live your healthiest life, from your Adult Chair. The way to that goal is different for each person.

Sessions

In sessions, I’ll use a blend of life coaching and experiential exercises, as well as teaching from The Adult Chair® model, to help you discover the answers that are already within you. At the end of each session you’ll receive tools or “homework” which you can do and apply immediately to help your transformation continue beyond the end of your session.

How often should I book sessions?

This is completely up to you! Some people prefer weekly, but others find that biweekly or monthly gives them time to internalize the homework/tools from the prior session and feel the shift in life.
